Each engravable item takes an additional 5 working days to complete on top of our given delivery timeframe in relation to the postage you have selected. This is down to the volume that we produce.
We offer a selection of different fonts that you can choose from but some may vary ever so slightly due to the amount of space that is available on each item. Each applicable product allows you to select which style and what message you wish to have inscribed.
We are quite sure to believe that your intentions are of good nature, but our resident goldsmith we will not engrave any colourful language or wording that could be deemed to some as abuse. This does not reflect well on the brands and this has been requested by them for us to adhere.
Don't forget to check your charm before we receive it because they cannot be changed once they have been created.
